Layered sliced and toasted Easter dove- shaped cake with fresh ricotta, orange zest and honey sweets

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 1 Easter dove shaped cake
- 500g fresh ricotta
- 1 packet of aranzada
- 1 jar of thistle flower honey
- 100g sugar
- Icing sugar to dust

Preheat the oven on 180°C. from the four jutting parts get twelve slices about one centimeter and toasted in the oven until golden brown on both side. In a bowl mix the sugar and the ricotta on to a cream, fill up a pastry bag a keep in the fridge.

Finely chop the orange sweets and keep on the side. Warmup the honey and keep on the side. Pour some ricotta cream in the center of a flat plate lay a slice of toasted cake, some more cream, some orange zest and continue with another layer. Pour a couple of tablespoon of honey on top and around the plate, complete dusting with some icing sugar and some of the orange zest.
