Tuna belly and broad beans salad served with lemon flavored olive oil

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 3 jars of Tuna belly

- 2 jars of Broad beans

- Mixed salad leaves( lettuce, radicchio, Belgian endive, roquette salad, lamb lettuce)

- 1 bottle of Lemon flavored olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

Strain carefully the tuna belly and the broad beans. Wash, clean and spin dry the salads, arrange them on four plates and add the tuna belly and the broad beans on top. Prepare a dressing with the lemon olive oil and drizzle the salad as you like. Enjoy your meal.
