Guttiau Bread

Italians eat a great deal of bread on a daily basis, of all types and shapes according to the region and the type of food with which it is to be eaten.
In Sardinia, the most popular is the carasau bread, very thin and crispy bread which resembles an old music manuscript paper.
Sardinians use the carasau bread in many recipes. You can try an easy one at home.

Ingredients:
4 sheets of Carasau bread,Pecorino cheese, salt and extra-virgin olive oil.

Cut the sheets of bread in large pieces, add some olive oil and salt and put it in the oven at a temperature of 160° to toast for few minutes. Serve immediately.
