TINNED FOOD
As you already know, Sardinian gastronomy's principles are the simplicity and the genuinity of the ingredients available.
If you walk around the countryside, you can find wild artichokes, mushrooms, asparagus which can be used to make delicious preserves, passed down through the centuries by farmers and peasants and become typical specialities of the island.
