Alcohol content is 14°.
This deep ruby-red wine smells of spices. It reminds you of blackberries jam and myrtle berries. With a minimum alcohol content and an excellent body, it offers a soft and velvety bouquet.
Grapes used: Cannonau 85%, Bovale 5%, Malvasia nera5%, Carignano 5%.

Methods of production

Wine-making takes place early mornings by a high qualified staff. Maturing: after the fermentation, the wine will be kept in barriques for about 18 months. Finally, the passage to the bottle.
