The "Papassinos " are made with roasted walnuts. Add these to the flour along with the butter, egg yolks, orange or lemon peel and raisins. Knead this into a pastry and roll it. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Usually, the Papassinos are covered on top with thick icing sugar.
