General characteristicsAlcohol content: 14°. The colour is deep red velvet. It offers sensations of clove and marasca cherry. The flavour is fruity, soft with a lot of tannins. Persistent aftertaste.
Grapes used: Bovale 55%,Carignano 35%,Cannonau 10%.
Methods of productionThe soil is splintery with a presence of calcareous, clayey material.
Wine-making takes place early mornings by a high qualified staff. Maturing: after the fermentation, the wine will be kept in barriques for about 10-12 months. Finally, the passage to the bottle for about 6 months to create a complex and elegant bouquet.
