Shipping and delivery
Kara Sardegna delivers all over the world by
courier ( TNT).
The delivery expenses are calculated when the order is being made and it is contextual to the place of delivery, the weight and method of transportation (by air, by surface).
With a minimum order, a small discount is available.
An additional expense of 4,96 is due for the payments made on delivery.
The times of delivery, following the shipping, are of 48 hours in Italy and from 6 to 8 working days in Europe and all over the world.
Note: any customs fees and duties are paid by the customer.
Shipping costs and any customs fees and duties are not subject to reimbursement.
We recommend to always check the number and the integrity of the parcels. In case of anomalies or damages, the complaint has to be done immediately to the courier which will inform us of the event.
The expenses for the replacement and delivery will be debited to Kara Sardegna.
Kara Sardegna declines any responsability regarding a damaged parcel accepted and not verified in front of the courier.
Note: in some countries like Canada, United States, Mexico, Caribbean islands, Central America and South America is actually impossible to deliver foodstuff, wines and liqueurs.
