VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE: Cold maceration, fermentation under controlled temperature in large wooden barrels (tonneaux).
TASTING NOTES: Colour: Soft golden yellow, brilliant. Nose: Ripe fruit, peach, apricot, balsamic scents of Mediterranean brush, rosemary, vanilla, liquorice root.Palate: Slightly acid, distinct mineral feel, rich, fat, long lingering finish.
