Production area: Tenuta Masone Mannu, Su Canale locality, Monti (SS), Sardinia.
Soil: Granite sands.
Harvest: Hand-picked in crates during the first half of September.
Yield: 50 quintals per hectare.
Vinification: Six-hour skin maceration followed by white wine fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: A minimum of 3 months on fine lees and 1 month in bottle before release.
Colour: Bright onion-skin pink.
Bouquet: Elegant aromas of fresh red berries complemented by delicate floral notes.
Palate: Fresh and savoury, with a pleasant light fruitiness.
Food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif. Excellent with raw fish dishes, shellfish, and sushi.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
