Origin: the pears in this jar come from a pear orchard entirely grafted onto wild pear trees.
Preparation: after being carefully washed, the pears are finely chopped and boiled together with lemon juice and sugar, with a light dusting of cinnamon.
Serving suggestions: ideal for making delicious strudels, tarts, cakes, and cookies. It pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate and is excellent when enjoyed with sweet meditation wines. The combination of this jam with pecorino cheeses, both fresh and aged, is truly sublime.
