Thanks to the wine culture and the will of the mountain farmers, the territory is lurking in theyears of many small vineyards. And, twenty-two far-sighted winemakers in July1956 to ensure proper harvesting work, give birth to the Vermentino's Cellar,whose name honors the most noble of Gallura's vines.
Today the Cellar ismade up of 350 members who cultivate in the territories of Monti, Telti, Olbia,Loiri Porto San Paolo, the 500 hectares, to give selected grapes elegant, refined andoriginal wines. The Cellar, immersed in three acres of oak trees, welcomes theproduction process from delicate pudding to storage in thermoconditioned rooms.
The barrique featuring the portal, of a clear Aragonese brand logo of the Cellar, made of granite welcomes visitors who want to know the evolution in barrels or tonneau, 2500-500 liters and refinement of wines of excellence.
