Azienda Agricola Piras Francesco
Francesco Piras´s family-farm, was born in the early nineties, with the intent to continue the family passion.The company covers about 60 hectares of Olivetan land in the countryside of Alghero, a city located in northwestern Sardinia that has a rich tradition of olive growing. All stages of production, the care of trees, harvesting of the fruit up to the mill are personally supervised by Mr. Francesco.
The experience, passion and the constant choices to implement production policies based on product quality and not quantity, have allowed to create high-quality Corax extra virgin olive oil, mentioned in several magazines specialized in the sector, as one of the best olive oil in the world.
