  • packet of seadas
  • 500g sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 lemon zest

Olive oil Put the sugar in a plastic box with the vanilla pods splitted and lemon zest, and mix.Deep fry the seadas in the olive oil, but do not turn, pour the oil with a serving spoon from the top untill golden brown.Pat dry and pass in the sugar.
