Kara Sardegna

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 pieces of provola cheese
  • 1 jar of sundried tomatoes
  • 8-10 fresh champignon mushrooms
  • Salad as you like
  • A juice of half lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper as you need

Clean, cut and wash the salads, spin dry and leave on the side. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and rob of the bottom stalk, slice them and marinate with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Slice or cut into cubes the cheese, cut the sun dried tomatoes and live on the side. Lay some salad into a plate or bowl, add the cheese, the sundried tomatoes and the marinated mushrooms, drizzle with some olive oil from the tomatoes and serve.
