Direct and ongoing dialogue with local producers lies at the heart of Kara Sardegna's activities. The recent visit from Silvio Carta, owner of Artinpasta, provided a further opportunity to strengthen a long-standing partnership built around the promotion of Sardinian gastronomy and a shared passion for local ingredients.
The meeting provided an opportunity for forward-looking dialogue, focused on sharing new commercial ideas and developing projects aimed at promoting traditional Sardinian fresh pasta recipes and shapes. Artinpasta products are currently available at the Olbia and Alghero stores, representing an important showcase given the high passenger flows passing through the two main airports in northern Sardinia every day.
