Kara Sardegna

Ingredients

500 gms of penne rigate, a glass of olive oil, 5 prickly artichokes, a bunch of parsley, saffron, grated pecorino cheese.

Firstly, cut the artichokes into fine pieces ; fry the artichokes, garlic, parsley, salt and olive oil together until lightly browned. Then, add a glass of water and the bag of saffron and let it boil.
Finally, cook the ´penne pasta´ to the bite and add it to the sauce. Serve covered with pecorino cheese.
