Beer
Sardinia is the Italian region which mostly makes use of beer.Visiting one of its small towns in a hot summer day, it is a fantastic sight to find some relaxed inhabitants sitting down at the table of the bar enjoying their beer.
Drinking beer is an art: it has to be drunk cool and with some froth on top to keep its natural aromas.
