Vines: obtained from the grapes of our native vines, 35% Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), 25% Cannonau, 30% Monica and 10% red grapes of the territory
Type of soil: medium-textured granite decay soils, positioned at 600 m a.s.l.
Production area: Mandrolisai hilly land in the countryside of Sorgono. Two young vineyards of about 30 years joined by a small rainfall, one exposed to the west and the other to the east. Plants raised with the sapling technique
Harvest: end of September first decade of October. Traditional, careful selection of the grapes by hand and collected in plastic boxes
Vinification and aging: the selected grapes, at the right ripeness, are destemmed and stored in stainless steel tanks, fermentation is started at a controlled temperature, with a maceration of about 10-15 days. Storage takes place, part in steel and part in large barrels, for 6-8 months. Assembly and bottling takes place in September
