ADRAS TERRA.
Adras Terra is the exclusive red wine of our winery. Sangiovese and Cannonau red grapes are the main ingredients, yielding a ruby red wine with an intense aroma of peony and nutmeg. Its qualities and extraordinary drinkability make it a perfect pairing for red meat dishes and fresh, intensely flavored cheeses.
Appellation: Colli del Limbara
Color: Ruby red
Aroma: Intense with notes of peony and nutmeg
Bouquet: Original and robust, with subtle tannins and a clean, persistent, slightly bitter finish.
Vineyard: Guyot training system. Grapes are intentionally thinned out at the optimal time to ensure the best possible ripening of the remaining bunches on the vine.
Harvest: During the first ten days of October, with high-quality grapes cut and manually selected. Traditional delivery of the grapes to the winery in crates for production.
Winemaking: After a brief contact, the must is separated from the skins and transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place.
