Artisan dove with drops of fine white chocolate. Our artisan Colomba with fine white chocolate chips is characterized by a soft and fluffy dough of a bright yellow color and a scent of eggs, butter, white chocolate, vanilla, sugar and lemon.

THE PRODUCTION STAGES ARE THE SAME SINCE 1967: Three phases of dough with a long natural leavening of over 30 hours A slow natural drying of 12 hours to keep the characteristic aromas, flavors and softness unaltered A total processing of over 3 days Our products DO NOT contain preservatives, dyes, GMOs, hydrogenated fats and palm oil.
