THE PRODUCTION PHASES HAVE BEEN THE SAME SINCE 1967: Three mixing phases with a long natural leavening of over 30 hours A slow natural drying of 12 hours to keep the characteristic aromas, flavors and softness unchanged An overall processing of over 3 days All our panettone are individually packaged by hand, in this way the “flower”, unique feature of our packaging, forms in the upper part of the box.
