Sugar, Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P. from the Langhe (20%), sunflower seed oil, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, salt.
May contain traces of: wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, mustard, sesame.Highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic and/or intolerant individuals.
DOES NOT contain flavors, colorings, preservatives, additives, GMOs, hydrogenated fats, and palm oil.
WHAT MAKES OUR SPREADABLE COCOA AND HAZELNUT CREAM SO SPECIAL?
For our artisanal spreadable creams, we select and purchase whole nuts directly from the best Italian agricultural companies, choosing locations renowned for the quality production of each ingredient (Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P.).
Once the whole nuts arrive at our warehouses, they are inspected and then roasted at various temperatures to enhance the flavor and aromas of each ingredient.After roasting, the nuts are cooled, and the actual production of the creams begins; all ingredients are slowly ground with a natural stone mill for 5/6 hours.
After refining, the cream is sieved to ensure a homogeneous fineness.In our spreadable creams, there are few and simple natural ingredients; we do not use: semi-finished products, colorings, preservatives, flavors, hydrogenated fats, and palm oil.
