WINEMAKER´S NOTES: Mirju aromatic wine is vinified with overripe grapes, harvested and selected by hand, grown in the Stazzu di Ladas farm. This vineyard, located in high hills at 500 m a.s.l., is named after the vast granite rocks (Rocca di Ladas) where the grapes are dried on site. Nature of the land, sunny exposure, altitude and wild aromatic essences, constitute basic elements for the production of this fragrant and intensely aromatic wine.
TASTING: The color is a bright, intense golden yellow. The nose is broad, intense and persistent. A combination of dried fruit, citrus and honey. The taste is sweet, warm and smooth, with a delightful background of ripe fruit, a long and pleasant final sensation.
PAIRING: At the end of the meal, with dry pastries and typical Sardinian desserts; excellent with spicy soft cheese.
- Serve at 12 °, uncork the bottle just before serving.
