Distilled from Sardinian.
Distillate typical of the Sardinian tradition, obtained from the discontinuous distillation in bain-marie boilers of selected red berried marc. It rests for a period of refinement with oak and juniper woods which give it a soft aroma and persistent scent of Mediterranean scrub. It is recommended to serve at room temperature, slightly flambéed to enhance its characteristics and aromas.
