The Maître chocolatier Nicolò Vellino has carefully selected the best crops from the Dominican Republic in the five provinces of the north-eastern area of ??the country.
The cocoa beans of the Hispaniola variety all come from certified organic crops. Once in Macomer (central Sardinia), they are further selected and transformed, passing through various production processes, into a unique chocolate that will be able to transmit a real experience to the final consumer.
Aromatic profile Dominican Republic: robust profile with notes of cocoa and tobacco. Presence of spicy and secondary hints of tropical fruit. Bold tannins and sparkling acidity.
