Our Maître Chocolatier Nicolò Vellino has carefully selected the best crops from Sierra Leone in the Gola rainforest (the last virgin forest in the country). The cocoa beans, after fermentation and drying on site, arrive in Macomer where they are further selected and transformed, passing through various production processes, into a unique chocolate that will be able to transmit a real experience to the final consumer.
Sierra Leone aromatic profile: rich in mellowness, round and creamy. The herbaceous notes blend into the lipid structure of the product. A pleasant sweetness that leaves palatal cleansing at the end of the tasting. Balanced and pleasant cocoa with important coffee notes and banana veins.
