The cocoa beans, after fermentation and drying on site, arrive in Macomer (central Sardinia) where they are further selected and transformed, passing through various production processes, into a unique chocolate that will transmit a real experience to the final consumer.
Aromatic profile Philippines: Cocoa grows among coconut and banana palms and other fruit trees, such as durian, langsat and guanàbani. All this translates into predominantly sweet notes and a hint of smoked, with secondaries of walnut husk and dried figs. Low acidity and absence of astringencies.
