For the Saint Martin variety, our Maître Chocolatier Nicolò Vellino has carefully selected the best crops from Peru in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.
The Saint Martin cocoa beans all come from certified organic crops. Once in Macomer (central Sardinia), they are further selected and transformed, passing through various production processes, into a unique chocolate that will be able to transmit a real experience to the final consumer.
Peruvian aromatic profile: this cocoa is born in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon forest and gives us aromatic profiles ranging from fruity to slightly sweet with notes of flowers and aromatic woods.
