For the Matambo variety, our Maître chocolatier Nicolò Vellino personally went to Colombia in the Huila region, to select the best crops, which then, once dried, arrive in Macomer to be further selected and transformed, passing through various production processes in a unique chocolate that will be able to convey a real experience to the final consumer.
Aromatic profile Matambo: this selection comes from very old plantations in the central area of ??Huila. It is cocoa with a slight acidity accompanied by notes of hibiscus and fresh grapes, which are combined with spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco.
