The pane di sapa [sapa bread] is a sweet of the ancient Sardinian tradition. It was born like poor sweets, but its nobelty comes soon once it reaches the palate. A soft sapa (cooked grape must) paste flavoured and a variety of dried fruits give the right balance of texture and flavour.
INGREDIENTS : Raisins (Sultana grape, cottonseed oil is not hydrogenated), Water, Soft wheat flour type "00", Almonds, Walnuts, Semolina of Hard Wheat, Sapa 3% (Honey, Flavours), Savory (coriander seeds, cinnamon, caraway seeds, cloves, nutmeg, star anise), Flavours.
It may contain traces of milk products and derivatives, eggs and, sulfur dioxide.
