Our "SARD'AMORI" is a salty snack created by us from the traditional Sardinian bread the "Carasau", or "Guttiau".

Our SARD'AMORI are easy to use and to combine with any type of cuisine, to enrich aperitifs and to make lunches and dinners more imaginative.
"Sard´Amori" Jalapeno, characteristics:
Color: intense golden, quilted with the typical browning of traditional cooking.
Bouquet: fragrant, fresh with shents of toasted dried fruit and spicy vegetable notes.
Taste: delicately salty, slightly sweet with clear spicy and tropical notes.
Crunchiness: pleasant and dry, accompanied by a delicate friability.
Ingredients: 70% durum WHEAT regrind, 27% high oleic sunflower oil, 1% sea salt, 1% Jalapeno pepper, brewer's yeast.
Information on production and production method
We produce "SARD'AMORI" from durum wheat semolina, during the processing of "Carasau", after its leavening and before its second baking in the oven, when it is already in thin and soft sheets.
From these thin and soft sheets, by cutting them, we obtain small sheets of durum wheat which we fry with great care and then season with whole sea salt.
Storage times and methods
The product can be kept for about 7 months in a cool and dry place.
