Boese is a Vermentino inspired by its place name, Vigna Truvaoese. It is a wine made from grapes harvested in the historic family vineyard that Annalisa Cherchi inherited from her father Giovanni.
After a careful selection, the grapes are first destemmed and then undergo soft pressing. The fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, where the wine then continues its aging on the lees.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Bright straw yellow, with clean and simple fruity and floral aromas: acacia, citrus, and a light mineral hint.
On the palate, it reveals a lively sapidity that helps to enhance the citrus freshness. The finish is slightly almondy.
Classification: Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Grapes: 100% Vermentino
