Alcoholic strength vol. 24%
Amaro liqueur obtained from the infusion of mirto berries, Beatrice variety, and fragrant mirto leaves in 100% Italian soft-wheat alcohol. Freshness dominates its scent, along with notes of rosemary, Mediterranean scrub, lemon balm and citrus peel, with peony floral references. When in the mouth it is smooth, and the freshness contrasts the important tannin taste.
Its aftertaste leaves sweet and mentholated sensations. Variety Berry "Beatrice" weight up to 1.2 grams Dark blue color; Pyriform variety, delicate scent, intense aroma. Rich in tannins, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) content pulp / seed ratio: 6.2 If consumed as a digestif, we recommend it in combination with oily fish, such as salmon, [P3]shrimp or mackerel, or paired with raw fish, as the astringent and bitter aftertaste have a degreasing effect.
The low content in alcohol and the extremely low percentage of added sweetener, 3.6% per liter in final product, encourage its use between meals. To enhance its aromas and perfumed notes, it should be consumed in large glasses. Serve it at a temperature of 9° and once opened, keep the bottle in a cool place. Rich in noble tannins, it has an astringent action, with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti- diarrheal properties. The important component of anthocyanins has an antioxidant effect, contributing to the organism well-being.
