Identity liqueur obtained from the infusion of mirto berries, Maria Antonietta variety, in 100% Italian soft- wheat alcohol. It has a ruby red colour and a complex scent with brackish hints, on a compact, dark, and sweet berry texture, followed by balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub. When in the mouth it has a pulpy texture, with a never invasive natural sweetness and a well-balanced freshness. The tannin is sweet and ripe and leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness that invites to drinking again. The balsamic and fruity aftertaste remains in the mouth for a long time. Berry variety "Maria Antoinetta" weight up to 1.8 grams Blue colour; strong and decisive aroma, intense aroma.
Rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C) pulp / seed ratio: 3.78 With its strong and decisive flavour, it is the ideal digestif after red meat or game meals. Combination with pecorino cheese and spicy salami makes it perfect for afternoon snacks. We recommend drinking it in large glasses, to enhance its aromas and perfumed notes. Serve it at a temperature of 9° and once opened, keep the bottle in a cool place. The high antioxidant activity (anthocyanins) neutralizes free radicals and protects the cellular structures, while the abundance of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) has an immunostimulant and anti- inflammatory action which contributes to the organism general well-being.
