Winemaking method: grapes are handpicked and rapidly brought to the plant nearby, where they are destemed, crushed and processed with the skins in stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation process lasts 23 days. Following this stage the wine is separated from the skins and left in tonneau for the malolactic fermentation, after which it is syphoned and left to refine until the next spring in concrete tank.
Refinement: 12 months in concrete tank with often battonage of the mass .
