Winemaking method: grapes are handpicked and rapidly brought to the plant nearby, where they are destemed, crushed and processed with the skins without thermal control in open vats. The alcoholic fermentation process lasts 15 days. Following this stage the wine is left in stainless steel tanks for the malolactic fermentation, after which it is syphoned and left to refine until the next spring in 500 lt.Tonneau.
Refinement: 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 1 year in bottles.
