Delivery for € 12,20These are traditional recipes made with “vincotto”, known in Sardinia as “saba”, characterized by the rich presence of raisins and spices such as cinnamon and savory. These are typically autumn and winter sweets, whose dough also includes dried fruit.
The oldest preparation calls for bread leavened with natural yeast (su frammentu), to which grape must syrup (sapa) is added. From L’Antico Dolce Selargino da Lola, this recipe follows the ancient family tradition.
Ingredients: Sultanas, soft wheat flour type “00”, yeast, sugar, sapa (concentrated red grape must), almonds, orange peel, cinnamon.
May contain traces of: Crustaceans, Fish, Peanuts, Soy, Milk, Sesame seeds, Celery, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites, Mustard.
