The soil where these vines grow - sandy, partly flat and partly mountainous - and the salty winds coming from the sea, create a perfect condition for the cultivation of Carignano grapes from which this wine is born, which is the quintessential expression of the vernacular flavors of the Sardinia.
Bacu de Soli is a wine with a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. It has a complex and enveloping aroma, with intense aromas dominated by a fruity red and floral notes. Balanced and very elegant, this wine has a nice persistent finish with flavors reminiscent of ripe red fruit.

Vinification: Gentle destemming and immediate fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel containers. Frequent automatic delestage, racking and vacuum pressing of the fermented grapes Ageing: 4 months in steel containers
Tasting notes: Intense aromas dominated by a fruity red and floral notes. Persistent finish with flavors reminiscent of ripe red fruit.
