Cannonau, Carignano and Cabernet. Its elegance includes notes of small red fruits together with hints of licorice embellished with spicy and peppery notes.
This wine is characterized by a savory and fresh taste with a very strong and varietal tannic texture. Ideal on savory sauces and grilled meats. Try it with stewed eel and for the most demanding we recommend trying it with sheep burgers and red meats.
