After the great success of PILS, our eldest daughter created using the water of Su Gologone, known as the purest water in the world, we started looking for something really special.
The goal was to give life to a new brewing project able to give us a unique, special identity!
This is how Astore was born!
The color is amber and its clarity fascinates already at the sight, you drink it the first time with the eyes.
Tasting it, you perceive a slight sweetness of malt that is immediately balanced by the intense scent of sublime citrus fruits: grapefruit, lychee and sa pompia di Siniscola!
The result is a delicate and persistent aroma with an unmistakable character.
