The Tonda di Cagliari is a monocultivar that combines intensity and balance, with a strong but unobtrusive character, therefore there are bitter, spicy with hints of fresh fruit and cooked vegetables, which remain pleasantly on the palate.
Its characteristic features make it an ideal travel companion in the author´s kitchen, in particular we suggest pairing it with a typical dish such as fregula with mushrooms and wild herbs.
