VARIETY: 100% pure Vermentino.
VINIFICATION: After careful selection and rigorously hand-picked in the vineyard. In the cellar, soft pressing and skin maceration for 16 hours at a controlled temperature. Static decantation and fermentation with selected yeasts in steel tanks.
REFINING: In steel tanks, further refinement in the bottle for about 4-6 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow colour; the nose recalls aromas of white-fleshed fruit, apple, peach, with light citrus notes, fresh, fragrant and sapid, notable returns of jasmine flowers and aromatic herbs together. The long finish with the broad mineral sensation completes the bouquet.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Suitable to accompany specialties of Mediterranean cuisine, it finds a perfect match with appetizers, fish-based first courses, fish-based main courses and fries, it can accompany roasted white meats.
