VARIETY: 100% Nebbiolo.
VINIFICATION: Classic red vinification, with maceration of the pomace for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature.
MATURATION: Aging in Barrique for 15 months and 3 months in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- COLOUR: deep red with garnet hues;
- SMELL: broad, intense, with a complex bouquet in which we find notes of small red berries and aromatic herbs of the area, evident hints of tertiary notes, cocoa and tobacco;
- TASTE: persistent with a good degree of acidity, mitigated by the aging in wood with a tannic closure that distinguishes this vine, giving a nice clean taste.
