We made this craft chocolate using only specialty cacao beans and wild sardinian Myrtle, that we bought directly from the source without any middlemen. We used slow and traditional methods to make sure the cacaos's and myrtle unique taste and nutritional properties were preserved. These properties have been known for thousands of years.
Ingredients: Stone-ground cacao beans (80%), dates, Sardinian myrtle berries
Aromatic profile: Delicate, fresh, with spicy notes and hints of the Mediterranean scrubland.
How to enjoy it best: Have a small piece melt in your mouth outside of meals.
