The fregulose line was born from the desire to rediscover and make known to the world the millenary traditions of our land, Sardinia. Recipes that were once considered poor, we revisit them in the light of our international vocation to give them a rich taste. A perfectly combined mix with the unique flavor of Fregula, a typical pasta of Italian gastronomy and legumes, aromas and spices. There is no innovation without tradition.
Ingredients list: Durum wheat semolina pasta 55% (durum wheat semolina, water), Lentils 38% , Vegetables in variable proportions 6% (carrot, onion, celery), Garlic, Parsley, Black pepper.
Method of preparation: Pour the contents into 650 ml of cold water, add salt, mix and bring to the boil, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking add if you want a drizzle of oil and cheese.
