Inspired by an ancient family recipe, our Agnese cauliflowers are the emblem of our reworking of tradition in a modern key.
The cauliflower is harvested during the winter taking into account only its seasonality, it is then cut maintaining the natural shape of the rosettes which are marinated in water and vinegar, to be then seasoned with dried tomatoes and olives, just like Nonna Agnese still does.
List of ingredients: Cauliflower 62%, Sunflower oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Olives, Sun-dried tomatoes, Wine vinegar, Salt, Sugar. Acidity regulator: Lactic acid.
