The San Giuliano organic extra-virgin olive oil is produced under the direct control of the ICEA (Institution for the Ethical and Environmental Certification). Since the early 1990s, all the olive groves have been cultivated organically, in order to create a sustainable rural development.
Suggestions: It´s excellent on fish carpaccio starters, roast fish, mature cheeses, mushroom soups, roast white and red meats.
Colour: yellow with greenish hues.Bouquet: full and complex, with just-ripened olives, artichokes and green apples.Flavour: full, composite and sapid, well balanced with bitter and spicy tones.
Methods of production: The olives are carefully chosen and cold-crushed in the company mill, with granite millstones, which allow a slow and regular crushing, without significant increases in temperature.
