It´s obtained from a very slow and difficult wine-making of mature grapes. The ´Angialis´, with its very distinctive taste, is the symbol of the desserts and fruit salads. It´s a typical Mediterranean wine that offers a variety of odours and tastes of the Sardinian climate.Serving suggestions This wine offers ospitality and friendship any time of the day.

General characteristics it´s delightful with cakes.The colour is an intense golden-yellow. It´s very sweet because made of very mature grapes. The taste is amiable and it gets better with age, kept in the bottle for years.

Grapes used: Nacco 95%, Malvasia 5%.

Methods of production the grape-harvest takes place made manually when the grapes are very mature. Wine-making: because the grapes are so rich in sugar, the fermentation is slow and difficult. Afterwards, the must is kept in barriques for a few months, still with a certain amount of sugar left. Finally, in the bottle for you to taste.
