General characteristics: the colour is deep red velvet. It offers sensations of clove and marasca cherry. It´s pleasant after a heavy meal.
Grapes used: Bovale 55%,Carignano 35%,Cannonau 10%.
Methods of production: the soil is splintery with a presence of calcareous, clayey material. Wine-making takes place in the morning with a very qualified staff. Maturing takes place after the fermentation: the wine is kept in barriques for about 10-12 months. Finally, the passage to the bottle for about 6 months to create a complex and elegant bouquet.

E´ un vino rosso costituito dal blend di tre vitigni : Bovale, Carignano e Cannonau. Affina 12 mesi in botti piccole. Ha un profumo intenso che richiama la frutta rossa matura. In bocca è pieno, corposo e vellutato. Il gusto è ampiamente fruttato e accompagnato da note legnose. Un vino eccezionale che appaga sorso dopo sorso.
